Nettle Infusions

There are so many benefits of Nettle Infusions:

How to make a Nettle Infusion:

  • Use one ounce of organic nettle leaf for every four cups of water

  • Add nettles to a mason jar

  • Bring water to a boil, then pour into to mason jar

  • Steep for a minimum of four hours, up to 12 hours

  • Strain nettles from the infusion using a mesh sieve or strainer

  • Drink immediately, or store in the fridge for up to three days
